1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Thresh consulting tracker at thresh.query.farm (the “Service”), operated by Query Farm LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a consulting project management and invoicing platform. It allows authorized users to track time, manage projects, create invoices, and process payments. Access to the Service is by invitation only.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using a supported authentication provider (e.g., Google).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. Invoicing and Payments

Invoices generated through the Service represent billable work performed by Query Farm LLC.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making payments, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
Payment terms are as specified on each invoice (typically Net 30 unless otherwise agreed).
All amounts are in the currency specified on the invoice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Query Farm LLCand are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client project data remains the property of the respective client.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Query Farm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
